Instagram at a glance
Instagram is a very famous (my favorite) social media platform. It is a pretty straightforward platform for showing off your photography skills. You can upload photos, videos, and stories on Instagram. It has some very cool effects to make your photos stand out.
You can share guides too on Instagram. Instagram is available for Android and iOS, and now you can install Instagram on Firestick as well. Although, Instagram is not available on Firestick, still with certain steps, you can install it and enjoy it on your Firestick device.
With the help of the Downloader App, you can sideload Instagram on Firestick. Let me show you all steps in detail without wasting any time.
Enable Unknown Apps on Firestick
In order to sideload a program, you have to first enable “Allow Apps from Unknown Sources” on your Fire TV settings. Then select Downloader to be the application that you will use to sideload apps.
- Connect your Firestick device to your TV and connect it to Wi-Fi.
- On your Firestick remote, press the Home button to access the home screen.
- On the right side of your home screen, click on the Settings icon.
- In Settings, go to My Fire TV and tap on it.
- Now select Developer Options on the next screen.
- You can see two options there, turn on the ABD Debugging and also select “Install Unknown Apps”.
- You will see multiple programs that you have installed but by default, Firestick doesn’t allow them to install unknown apps (for security purposes). Select Downloader from the apps and turn it on.
